Production + Processing Time

Some items are ready to ship immediately, while others are crafted after your purchase. However, all jewelry pieces are handmade, whether they are ready to ship or made to order.

As a one-person business, my production times depend on demand and may fluctuate. Below, you’ll find the current estimated processing times as I navigate the challenge of handling everything myself. ✨

READY TO SHIP

3-7 business days

This time frame allows me to inspect, refine, and prepare your handmade jewelry for shipment.

MADE TO ORDER

1-2 weeks

This time frame is necessary to handcraft your jewelry and prepare it for shipment.

 

Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

A flat-rate shipping fee of $13 CAD applies to all Canadian orders under $150 CAD.

 

For US and international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 I’m happy to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, due to trade restrictions, courier limitations, or local regulations, I am unable to ship to the following regions at this time:

North Korea, Syria, Iran, Crimea, and any other regions under international sanctions.

If you are unsure whether I can ship to your location, please contact me at info@perliciosa.com before placing your order. Some remote or high-risk areas may incur additional shipping costs or experience longer delivery times.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times. Delays may occur depending on your location and the time of year, especially during busy periods (e.g., holidays). If you have a specific deadline, I recommend checking with your preferred courier for exact details.

 

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, as I cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your order details after placing it, please email info@perliciosa.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your package is still in process.

 

Damaged + Lost Mail

Customers must inspect their package in the presence of the delivery person or pickup point staff. If any damage occurs during transit, you must notify the carrier within three days of delivery.

Your package is insured for safe delivery until it is officially deposited by the carrier. After that, I cannot be responsible for stolen or lost parcels and, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds in these cases.

 

Customs + Import Taxes

For orders outside Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please be aware that customs charges and delays are beyond my control and vary by country, making it impossible to provide an exact estimate of potential fees.
