Unfortunately, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time, as each item is carefully handmade specifically for you.

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, a return may be accepted for domestic orders only to ensure your satisfaction. Please follow the steps detailed below to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Returns are not available for Custom or Personalized orders.
Please note that any items mailed back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Time Limit |
Be sure to submit your request within 10 days of the delivery status being marked as ''delivered''. |

Conditions |
Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact. Depending on the reason for your return request, you may also need to include photos. |

Shipment Fees |
A non-refundable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee depends on your location: Quebec and Ontario → 20$ |

Start a Return |
To begin a return, send an email to info@perliciosa.com including your order number. If your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. |

Refund |
Once I have successfully received your item, a refund will be processed within 2 weeks to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the transaction. |

Cancellations
Once your order is placed and processed in the system, it is considered final. This happens as soon as you submit your purchase. Cancellations are not accepted.

Corrections
However, corrections can still be made before your order is shipped. If you need to modify details such as the jewelry size, shipping address, or anything else, please contact me immediately at info@perliciosa.com with your order number.
